Valley City Mechanical did a great job for us! Everyone that I dealt with was very courteous and friendly. Their tech was able to come out the same day to look at a condensate issue we had with our furnace. Thankfully the issue ended up being a small one and he had our furnace up and running very quickly. Valley City has just become our go-to team for all things mechanical at our house. I would highly recommend giving them a call if you need any work done.

I wanted to update my review from 2 years ago. We had our furnace replaced and ever since we have been a member of their piece of mind program. You get 10% off any work that is ever needed, they come out spring and fall to clean/instead your system pluse a few other pearks. I was extremely thankful that we where apart of this program as our AC went out last night. They came over this morning and had us up and running in no time. Plus we saved money on the repairs because of the members program. They guy who came out to do the work was extremely kind and informative. Truly is a great company.

Valley City was sent to us through an appliance program on the day before Thanksgiving. Our furnace was deemed inoperable and required immediate replacement. They were prompt, courteous and very professional.However, the price to install seemed a bit steep and they had to return 5 times between Thanksgiving and Christmas to adjust an issue with the newly installed furnace. With each visit, the adjustments made were not remedied. When the blower kicked in, it was very loud.Finally, in the fifth visit, they discovered that it was a setting on the air flow that took care of it.Overall, we were pleased at the outcome but the inconvenience of 5 total visits was frustrating especially during the holidays with no follow up after all was finally remedied. (thus the 4 stars instead of 5).

We had a old Boiler in our home been putting money into it for years now. We needed someone to come out fast cuz we had no heat and it was the middle of a snow storm with a toddler and a 5 month baby!! Brandon from Valley City came out first thing the next morning! We needed a new Boiler system not what we wanted to hear right in the middle of a snow storm 🥶 Brandon and his helper (Didn't get his name ) came with in the next day or so with a new Boiler system we are so thankful they got one so fast! Brandon was very nice and sweet, helpful answered all our 100 questions. Thank you Valley City you guys are amazing 🙏 most definitely recommend this company!!

Our furnace went out when the temps dropped and the snow was flying. Valley City was the first place available on a weekend and was quick, courteous and helpful. Will definitely use them in the future and plan to have them do a preseason tuneup in the future to avoid midwinter failures going forward.

Dan trouble shot the issue, and went above and beyond to make sure there were no other issues that may come up.
