Furnace stopped working on a Thursday night, and they came swiftly the next day to service it. parts were not in stock so they had to order them. parts came by that Monday morning and right in the afternoon came out and replaced and fixed our furnace. Brandon was very professional and just an all around awesome guy. he also checked everything else out being that the furnace is over 25 years old. gave us tips and made some adjustments as needed to ensure he wouldn't have to come out again soon for another repair. recommend 100%

We have used Valley City on a couple of projects in our home in the past and they have always done a great job. But you really know you have a company you can rely on, is when you wake up early on a Saturday morning in a cold house with no heat and they have you back up and running by noon.

We had no heat on one of the coldest days of the winter. They were here to fix the mechanical issue within an 90 minutes. Replaced one of the motors for what we thought was a reasonable price and we had heat again 2 hours later. Would most definitely recommend them. John the tech was very informative and knew all about our furnace and the model.

our hot water heater stopped working they called to say when he would be there 'he was there all most to the min" found that the Gas valve was bad - left to go get a new valve was back and had the unit working in 2 hrs total {including drive time to get new valve from the supply house} and updated the valve with a better unit. very quick, great service .. will call again if needed and advise any one to use them.! 100% happy with their service.

I called over the weekend about my furnace not working properly, and my husband and I decided it wasn’t an emergency and could wait until Monday. Monday came and they called back to get me scheduled and had a technician coming out to me within a couple hours. Derek called and was here ready to get it done. He wasn’t bothered by me hovering a little for my curious mind and explained things along the way. Answered all my questions and assured me even though my heater is a bit old it’s still safe to use. From the first call I made for a quote that was returned within 10 minutes until they had completed our new furnace install, it was a great experience as a customer. Everything that was discussed in the quote was followed to the tee and the furnace is working great! Derrick which did the quote and was here for install process and Dan that did most of the install both were very professional in all of their work. would highly recommend for any HVAC service you may require! They were just a little higher in price than other quotes I got but as they say you get what you pay for.

Tim was knowledgeable, patient, thorough in diagnosing that the reason my furnace wouldn't come on was because of the tstat. He made sure i understood how to use the new tstat and programmed it. Very courteous and quite knowledgeable. Explained any questions I had without being impatient. Even though our AC unit is ancient, he didn't treat it as a lost cause right off the bat and was able to figure out the problem because of that. Not saying that he wasn't surprised that it was still working haha. Also gave good advice and recommendations if the worse does happen to the AC and/or Furnace considering they are both almost 40 years old. Without pushing us into replacing anything right away. All around just great service.
