Edit 1/26: we were warned by Brandon, our technician, that our sensor/igniter may need to be fixed. After 3 days of our furnace blowing cold air in negative temps, we called again. 30 mins later we are back up and running with warm air blowing again. Thank you again Valley and Brandon! $700-$800 to repair is better than replacing the furnace for now! Thank you thank you!My first time having an appliance emergency, and of course our furnace broke on new year's eve, with a child and baby in the house. Valley's receptionist and their technician (will update with names if I find them) got us fixed the same day. Pricing was as I expected, which seemed fair for a motor replacement/repair. THANK YOU Valley City. I was so stressed with having to go to work and plan for this and you took such a huge load off my stressed shoulders.

Brandon was quick to diagnose the issue. Sadly, with 4 cracks in the heat shield our 30 year old furnace was toast. He gave us 3 different estimates for various new systems. Took the time to explain and listen to our concerns. My wife trusted him instantly.On installation day young Tucker arrived. He did the entire installation alone and all in one day. The guys replaced my 30 year old existing furnace, ran ductwork to a new addition, and routed a gas line to our fireplace in advance of a conversion to a gas fireplace. No pressure, no upsells, and a very reasonable price for all the work that was done. Great guys to have in your home. Very professional and personable. I would highly recommend!

They are true professionals. They showed up on time and did the work that was promised which was the complete replacement of a furnace. They first took out the old furnace and then put the new one through a very tight opening in a crawl space. Then they installed the new furnace with the various gas and sheet metal hookups. They made sure that the new furnace was working with my Nest themostat, cleaned up and were done in six hours. I couldn't be more pleased with their work.

Firstly, the technician discovered the problem with our furnace which was a difficult-to-diagnose issue. He recommended a replacement, and they were able to get it replaced quickly (which was critical during a Michigan winter cold snap). The follow-up in the spring to make sure the air conditioner was also functioning properly was also smooth. These guys just do good work, and they are super friendly.
